Scarlet Reid is a Partner in McCullough Robertson’s Employment Relations and Safety group. She is a highly experienced WHS and employment lawyer and works closely with both private and public sector clients covering the full range of workplace issues.
As a former prosecutor with SafeWork NSW, Scarlet has a particular expertise in WHS law and provides a range of WHS related services including advising on WHS issues in major infrastructure projects, conducting safety training and defending and prosecuting breaches of WHS laws.
Scarlet is an accomplished litigator and conducts employment and administrative law related litigation matters in various courts and tribunals throughout Australia. She also appears for interested parties at inquests ad inquiries and conducts and advises on workplace investigations.
