Having worked in safety management for close to 10 years, Keith Johnson is a true leader and performance driven influencer in health and safety management. Johnson’s clear and direct approach to safety management has seen him work for a range of organisations as well as working through many of their transformative business changes.
Keith is now the Safety Manager of Fulton Hogan, where he leads a large team in implementing and ensuring safety culture is a priority at Fulton Hogan.
He is recognised in his field for driving a safety culture across international mining, metalliferous, construction, infrastructure, rental, pastoral, meat processing and Australian defence industries.
He has won numerous awards, including the ‘Northern Region Excellence Award-Leadership’, ‘Safety and Health Excellence Award’ and ‘Safety Initiatives Award’, among many other accolades.
In his spare time, he likes to contribute to local and national charities, such as OxFam, where he completed a 100km trail which raised over $7,000 for the charity. He is also currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Legal Studies.
